Who we are

PXL Haus is a web design and branding studio run by Ali in the United Kingdom. This policy covers this website at https://pxlhaus.co.uk and the enquiries you send through it. You can contact us athello@pxlhaus.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect:

• your name and email address;
• the type of business you run, if you pick one;
• the package you are interested in, if you pick one;
• the message you write about your project.

We do not ask for payment details through this website. Payments for projects are taken separately, by card through Stripe or by bank transfer.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to discuss and quote for a project, and, if you go ahead, to deliver it. This is necessary to take steps towards a contract with you. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. We use these services to run the site and handle enquiries:

• Resend, which delivers enquiry emails to our inbox;
• Vercel, which hosts this website;
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the site. Your browser connects to Google to load them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to reply and, if you become a client, to run the project. After that they are deleted, unless we must keep them for tax or legal reasons.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and you can object to how we use them. Write to us at hello@pxlhaus.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page.
